Where applicable international data-protection law requires a legal basis for processing, 365k relies on the following bases:
365k does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share Personal Data in the following limited circumstances:
We engage third-party service providers who process Personal Data on our behalf under written data-processing agreements. These include identity-verification providers, payment processors, fraud-detection services, customer-support platform providers, and cloud-hosting infrastructure providers. All Data Processors are contractually bound to process data only as instructed by 365k and to maintain appropriate security standards.
We may disclose Personal Data to competent regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies or courts where required by applicable law, court order, or lawful request — including disclosures required under AML/CTF frameworks. 365k will, where legally permissible, notify you of such disclosures.
The Operator may be required to provide player data — including transaction and verification records — to the relevant gaming licensing authority under the terms of the applicable international gaming licence. Such disclosures are made only as required under the licence conditions.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of the Operator's business, Personal Data may be transferred to a successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and of any material changes to this Policy that may result.
365k is an internationally operated platform. Personal Data collected from users in Pakistan and other countries may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. These jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from those in Pakistan.
Where such transfers occur, 365k takes appropriate safeguards to ensure that Personal Data is afforded an equivalent level of protection to that required under applicable international data-protection standards. Safeguards may include contractual clauses between the Data Controller and its Data Processors, or reliance on recognised transfer mechanisms available under applicable law.
365k retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law or regulatory obligations. The following general retention principles apply:
| Data Category | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Account & Registration Data | Duration of active Account, plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure to meet AML/CTF regulatory requirements. |
| KYC & Identity Documents | Minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, or longer where required by the applicable gaming licence jurisdiction. |
| Transaction Records | Minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction for regulatory and audit purposes. |
| Support Communications | Up to three (3) years from the date of last interaction, unless a dispute or complaint remains unresolved. |
| Self-Exclusion Records | Retained for the full term of the exclusion plus a minimum of five (5) years to prevent re-registration in breach of the exclusion. |
| Technical & Usage Logs | Typically up to twelve (12) months, unless retained longer for fraud investigation or security purposes. |
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification.
365k uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as local storage and session tokens) to operate, secure and improve the platform. The following categories of cookies are used:
| Cookie Type | Purpose | Consent Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Session management, authentication tokens, security checks. These cookies are necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. | No |
| Analytics | Aggregated, anonymised data on page visits, click paths and feature usage. Used to identify performance improvements. No personal identifiers are associated with analytics data. | Yes |
| Functional | Remembering your language, odds-format preference, and display settings between sessions. | Yes |
You may manage non-essential cookie preferences through your web browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to refuse all cookies, accept only certain types, or delete existing cookies. Note that disabling essential cookies will impair the functionality of the 365k platform. Detailed browser-specific instructions for managing cookies are available via your browser's help documentation.
Subject to the applicable international data-protection framework and any overriding legal obligations, you hold the following rights in respect of your Personal Data processed by 365k:
You may request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data we hold about you at any time.
In certain circumstances, you may request deletion of your Personal Data. This right may be limited where retention is required by law (e.g., AML obligations).
You may ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain situations, such as where the accuracy of the data is contested or where processing is unlawful.
Where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity, you may request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing at any time. Marketing objections will be honoured immediately upon receipt.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the 365k support team as detailed in Section 16. We will respond within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable data-protection obligations. We may require proof of identity before processing rights requests to protect against fraudulent or unauthorised access to another person's data.
The 365k platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the minimum eligible age. If you believe that a minor has provided Personal Data to 365k, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion of the relevant data and closure of any account created in breach of the age restriction.
365k implements and maintains technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature of the Personal Data processed and the risks presented by such processing. These measures include, but are not limited to:
Notwithstanding the above, no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed as 100% secure. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or a security breach, please notify 365k's support team immediately.
The 365k platform does not deliberately include links to third-party websites in its core navigation or content. However, where third-party services are integrated into the platform — such as payment processors, identity-verification providers or live-chat software — those third parties operate under their own privacy policies, which are independent of this Policy.
365k is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party service providers. Where such integrations exist, we recommend reviewing the privacy documentation of each relevant third party. We ensure that all third-party Data Processors engaged by 365k are subject to contractual data-protection obligations consistent with the standards set out in this Policy.
365k reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, data-processing practices or platform functionality. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated whenever a material change is made.
Where changes are material — for example, where we introduce a new processing purpose or change the categories of third parties with whom data is shared — we will notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the revised Policy taking effect.
Your continued use of the 365k platform following the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
For all data-protection enquiries, rights requests, or privacy-related complaints, please contact the 365k support team using the details below. All privacy requests should reference "Data Protection Request" in the subject line of your correspondence.

We are committed to transparency. If you have questions about your privacy rights or want to understand more about 365k's approach to data, visit our FAQ, review the full Terms & Conditions, or get in touch with the support team.
