These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 365k ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://365k.cam and all associated services, products, betting markets, casino games and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

365k is an internationally operated online sports betting and casino platform. The platform is designed to serve English-speaking users in Pakistan and internationally. 365k does not hold a domestic gambling licence issued by any authority within Pakistan, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), or any provincial regulatory body. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice or a representation that access to or use of the Services is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction.

By accessing the 365k platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Your use of the 365k platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all other policies, rules and guidelines published on this platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you access the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms and that they have read and understood the Terms.

To register and maintain an Account with 365k, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions on a continuous basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a Prohibited User and have not been subject to a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
• Your use of the Services is not prohibited by the laws, regulations or governmental orders applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident, citizen, or national of any jurisdiction in which the Operator is prohibited from offering its Services under its applicable licence terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity when using the Services.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 365k for breach of these Terms.

365k reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities.

5.1 Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep that information updated throughout the duration of your Account.

5.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before withdrawal requests are processed — and at any time 365k determines it necessary — you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This process may require you to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., national identity card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address documentation (issued within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Operator for compliance purposes.

365k will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Failure or refusal to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify 365k's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 365k cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.

All deposits must be made using payment methods currently accepted by the Operator. Only funds belonging to and controlled by the Account holder may be used to fund an Account. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.1 Pakistani Payment References

Certain payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (the SBP interbank instant-payment rail), HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the platform as recognised local payment rails. These references are provided for contextual familiarity only. They do not constitute an endorsement of gambling services by those financial institutions, nor do they confirm that those services are currently available as deposit methods. Availability, minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times and applicable fees are subject to the Operator's current cashier settings, which may change without prior notice.

6.2 Currency

Account balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. The Operator reserves the right to determine the functional currency of the Account and to convert between currencies at applicable exchange rates.

6.3 Deposit Limits

You may set voluntary deposit limits on your Account at any time via the Responsible Gambling section. Operator-imposed minimum and maximum deposit limits also apply and are displayed in the cashier interface. These limits are subject to change.

You may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and satisfactory;
• There are no pending investigations, fraud reviews or security holds on your Account;
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been met;
• The withdrawal amount meets the Operator's minimum withdrawal threshold in effect at the time of the request.

7.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method, the Operator's internal review cycle and your account verification status. No guaranteed processing speed is stated in these Terms. Familiar Pakistani payment rails such as mobile wallets, instant-payment rails (e.g., Raast) and bank transfers (e.g., HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) may be available as withdrawal methods, subject to current Operator configuration. These providers do not endorse or facilitate gambling withdrawals by way of endorsement.

7.2 Withdrawal to Same Source

Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The Operator may require documentary evidence that the withdrawal destination matches the original funding source.

From time to time, 365k may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other incentives. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between general promotional terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting applicable Wagering Requirements become eligible for withdrawal;
• Each bonus offer is limited to one (1) per Account, per household, per device and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Any bonus issued in error must be returned and 365k reserves the right to reverse such credits;
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods; unused Bonus Funds lapse on expiry.

8.2 Abuse & Fraud

365k employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, arbitrage strategies and other forms of promotional manipulation. Where such activity is detected, 365k reserves the right to void bonuses, suspend the Account and, where appropriate, withhold associated balances pending investigation.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 365k are subject to the Operator's current rules for the relevant event or game type, as published within the platform. By placing a wager you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

9.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. 365k reserves the right to void bets where: a manifest pricing error has occurred; the event has been cancelled or abandoned (subject to specific sport rules); or the outcome has been achieved through irregular means including but not limited to match-fixing. Cricket markets, including PSL and ICC events, are covered on the platform for contextual reference only — 365k has no affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise or team.

9.2 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play markets operate under conditions of rapidly changing odds. 365k cannot guarantee that all bets submitted during live-market windows will be accepted. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect live odds may be voided at the Operator's discretion.

9.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided for informational purposes and represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of rounds — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past performance of any game does not predict future results.

9.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or communication interruption during a wager, 365k will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the bet or game state from available server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the Operator's determination shall be final and binding subject to applicable complaints procedures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365k platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent bonuses, restrictions or suspensions;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the platform;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful and/or in violation of any sanctions regime;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users;
• Using the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a Prohibited User;
• Any other conduct that 365k, acting reasonably, determines to be harmful, abusive or contrary to the integrity of the Services.

365k reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Fraud, money laundering or other criminal conduct is suspected;
• A regulatory obligation requires the Operator to cease providing Services to you;
• You request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling framework;
• Your Account has been inactive for a period defined in the Operator's dormancy policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Legitimate Real Money Funds not subject to any hold, dispute or pending investigation will be returned to you via a verified payment method subject to KYC completion.

11.1 Voluntary Closure

365k is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable users to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard stops on the duration of individual gambling sessions;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 365k platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, content, text, graphics, images, data compilations and game assets — are owned by or licensed to the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to any intellectual property associated with 365k.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the 365k platform without the prior written consent of the Operator, except in the course of your ordinary personal use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365k and its Operator, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities;
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays, failures or errors;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that does not constitute professional financial, legal or gambling advice;
• Service interruptions, technical failures or errors beyond 365k's reasonable control.

In all cases, 365k's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Your personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with 365k's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

365k collects personal data necessary to provide the Services, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, and improve the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is processed under industry-standard security protocols including SSL encryption and access controls.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

16.1 Complaints Procedure

The Operator will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and respond substantively within a period determined by the complexity of the matter.

If you are not satisfied with the Operator's resolution, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body or licensing authority under the Operator's applicable international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided on request.

365k reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 365k will endeavour to notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent revision takes effect.

Your continued use of the 365k platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Services and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
